The Clywedog garden room/office is a stretched octagonal design with a simulated slate effect fibreglass roof. The design will complement any garden and is available with the optional extra of georgian glazing bars or with square/diamond leaded bars.

The building is constructed of modern materials providing a almost maintenance free finish with good levels of insulation. The walls are finished in PVCu in a choice of colours and the insulated flat ceiling is finished in white PVCu giving a tongue & groove boarded effect with the floor is finished with a wood effect laminate.

All windows are Double Glazed with Toughened Pilkington Glass. Gutters and Downpipe are available in White, Brown, Black or Caramel. This is available in 3030mm x 2200mm.
